Gurugram Murder Case: The Gurugram police have solved the murder of Shyam Bihari. Their investigation revealed that the victim’s wife, along with her cousin, carried out the crime. During questioning, the accused woman said that Shyam doubted her character and used to beat her. This led to Shyam’s murder.
In Gurugram’s Sector 9A area, a wife, with the help of her cousin, strangled her husband with a towel after a fight over him suspecting her character. After the incident, both the accused locked the body in a room and fled the scene.
Five days later, on Tuesday, the Crime Branch from Sector 10 solved the case and arrested both accused from Sultanpur village in Farrukhnagar.
Head injury marks found
Crime Branch in-charge, Sub-Inspector Pramod Kumar, stated that on September 18, Sector 9A police were informed about a body found in a house in Basai Industrial Area, Gali No. 4, where the deceased had been living on rent. The victim was identified as 42-year-old Shyam Bihari from Bada village, Sitapur district, Uttar Pradesh. During the investigation, injuries were found on his neck and head.
A murder case was registered, and after the accused fled, a reward of ₹10,000 each was announced for their capture. The investigation revealed that the wife, along with her cousin, had planned and carried out the murder.
