Aprilia has refreshed its 125cc sports bike lineup with the unveiling of the 2025 models of the RS125 and Tuono 125. These updates bring both mechanical and visual enhancements to the range.
The standout change is in the 125cc liquid-cooled engine, which now complies with the stringent Euro5+ emission standards. Despite the compliance upgrade, the engine retains its impressive output of 15bhp at 10,500rpm and a peak torque of 12Nm at 8,500rpm. Paired with a six-speed gearbox, the engine also offers the option of an advanced quick shifter feature in select markets, further enhancing its sporty appeal.
Both Aprilias are mechanically identical. Even the cluster is from the outgoing model, as are the wheels, brakes, tires, and chassis. There are LED lights all over, and the traction control system and ABS are standard.
Viper Yellow and Mamba Grey are the new colors for the Tuono, while Kingsnake White and Cyanide Yellow are the new colors for the RS125. Early next year, these bikes will be available for purchase across Europe. Unfortunately, Aprilia won’t be able to properly price these bikes until they are manufactured entirely in India, so they won’t be introduced there.
